Terms & Conditions

1. General Overview

Welcome to BB Sounds & Media. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and website, located in Accra, Ghana. By accessing our studio or making a booking, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All studio session bookings must be secured with a minimum deposit prior to the session date as per Ghanaian commercial standards.
• No files, mixed masters, or stems will be released to the client until full payment for the session and services has been cleared.
• Payments can be made via Mobile Money (MoMo), bank transfer, or cash.

3. Cancellations & Lateness

• If you are late for a booked session, that time is deducted from your scheduled slot. We cannot extend sessions if there is another booking immediately after yours.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the session start time. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

4. Studio Etiquette & Equipment

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the main recording and control rooms. Designated areas will be provided.
• The client is liable for any damage caused to studio equipment (microphones, monitors, instruments, etc.) resulting from negligence or deliberate misuse by the client or their guests.

5. Data & File Storage

While we back up project files regularly, BB Sounds & Media is not legally responsible for the long-term archiving of your music files. We strongly recommend bringing an external hard drive to collect your files immediately after your session is completed and paid for.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
