BB Sounds & Media collects personal information when you book a session, contact us via WhatsApp, or opt into our services. The typed information collected may include your name, phone number (such as your WhatsApp contact), email address, and payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect solely to:

• Secure your booking slot at the studio.
• Communicate with you regarding session times, project files, and updates.
• Process payments via Mobile Money or other local banking methods.
• Improve our studio services and website experience.

3. Audio Data & Copyright Privacy

We respect the intellectual property of our artists. Unreleased audio files, vocals, stems, and compositions recorded at BB Sounds & Media are kept strictly confidential. We will never share, distribute, or leak your unreleased music to third parties. Project sessions are cleared from active hard drives periodically to maintain data security and storage availability.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third-party partners (like local payment gateways for MoMo) who assist us in operating our website or conducting our business, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

5. Data Protection Rights (Ghana)

In adherence to the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana, you hold the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request corrections to incomplete or inaccurate data, and object to the processing of your personal data.
